Roberts dog had some pups, I couldn’t resist sharing them with you as they seem to have hit peak quishy.

We are busy making silage, its Rutland Show this Sunday, and the summer solstice seems to be flying towards us, so if you haven’t booked a summer holiday, have a look at our website, we have some sparkly new video tours for those who would like a peep through the keyhole of our cottages.
Pop Up Shop
We have some lovely beef coming back, all the interesting cuts for the BBQ! Sue has 10% off purchases of stewing beef this week to clear the decks before the shop (its in date and all good freshness wise), so give her a call to grab yourself a bargain. We quite like a light cowboy chilli this time of year - chunky, outside, prep ahead, then BBQ some tortillas to mop up the juices with the added bonus of no greasy washing up!
